I hope you all had a great week! I only lost 0.2, which I guess I should be glad that I LOST and didn't GAIN. Please post your weights and good luck this week. I can't wait to lose a lot of weight this week with all of you!

I won't have a WI to report for this week.. I leave for Oahu on Tuesday with 6 GFs.. I'm not seeing my JCC until 6-20 but I'll do a home WI when I get back next week.

Good evening everyone,
I had a very busy day running around doing errands but I managed to do some cardio today. I have been doing on Demand on Comcast Cable. I did 18 mins of Taebo Full Throttle and it makes me sweat which I need to do. Only lost -0.2 and I am not complaining. Atleast I did not gain. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Here are my stats: weight 225.2 (-0.2)

Hi all - so, I've hit a plateau! I weighed in on Saturday (6/7/08) at 160.4...argh! 3 weeks hovering at 160, c'mon!
So, my goal this week is to eat on plan and work my butt off. I WANT to see those numbers down into the 150's next week!!
