I'm excited to see there are other young people on JC too! None of my friends are very supportive, and it gets frustrating sometimes.
But i've been on the program for about 12 weeks now, and lost just over 20 pounds. I only have 9 more to go till I reach my goal
Anybody in here from Alberta?

CONGRATES!!!! I wish I had lost 20 pounds so far, but I just started and I've only lost five, but i'm seeing the inches come off which is nice. I'm not from Alberta but I'm from Oregon. If you would like to talk I would love to. I've been looking for a buddy to help go through this with as well.
