How do I import a weight tracker to my posts. I have one already but I don't know what to do with it. Help!!!

Hi Barbara,
If you already have a weight tracker you should be able to go to a post where you have it displayed and right-click on it to update it. After you have it set up you go the the bbcode below the ticker and right-click on that box and click - select all - it should then be highlighted. Then right-click on that again and click on copy. After that is done go and post to which ever board you want to and at the end of your post right-click with the mouse and then click on Paste. Hope this helps. I don't know if all computers work the same with this or not but that is how it works with mine. I know I had one heck of a time trying to get it to show at first. Good Luck!

My weight tracker is still on the weight tracker website. I don't know how to get it to the Jenny Craig website and to my posts. Help!!

OK -- I think I just did this. BTW, thanks Kathy.
Go to tickerfactory and make yourself the bar of your choice. At the end of that short process, the page says differnet blocks for you to cut and paste into your links / blogs / whatever. Go to "BBCode" box -- highlight all and copy whatever is in there.... greek.

Go back to JC website.

There will be a box with your signature that you put in there.
Drop down a line or 2 and "paste" what you copied at TickerFactory
Bottom of page says Update this page (or somethikng like that.

Now -- you can go to the posts that you already have done and your ticker should be there.
