I spread my food out so it so I don't have time to get hungry. For example this morning I had by fruitcup (pineapple), about 20-30 minutes later I had my maple oat cereal. I can't do milk so about 40 minutes later I had a light & fit yogurt cup. I will usually space things out. I go to work later so I don't start breakfast until about 9:30 or 10. By 12:30, I will eat my anytime bar and have lunch around 2:00, my afternoon snack is around 4 and my dinner is around 7 with late night snack around 9:30.
I find it works better for me this way.
