Okay fellow challengers, we're getting to the last three weeks. Now's time to really focus and finish off this challenge right!! We keep losing people...I hope the rest of us can stick it out to the end!! Good luck everyone. My week wasn't so good. I weigh in on Monday's, so I start off the week. This week I gained a pound. I'm pretty bummed. I knew losing 6 pounds in 3 weeks was going to be difficult, but 7 pounds in 2 weeks is impossible. I just have to shake it off and really kick things up a notch this week. Hopefully, I'll follow 1sped1's advice and just stick to program 100% and maybe that'll help. I'm going to try for more exercise this coming week too. Hope everyone else does well!!

Stayed the same this week; no loss, no gain. It's time to get this scale moving again! but I do think I'm losing inches thanks to bootcamp and running....i just wish the scale would start up again

Hello my fellow team members,
I am down a pound this week. I have another 1.5lb to lose to hit my goal. I am hoping I can do that. It has been a little tipsytopsy with the scale and I am not too happy with it. First I didn't lose for a week then I lost a lot and then I gained it back. BOY oh BOY!! Well at least I lost a pound this week. I am hoping for a better week with more exercise. I need to do at least three times....I will do it.

i am UP 1.2lbs this week.
*sigh*
my JCC thinks my weight loss is going ALOT slower than the norm because of the medications I am on - sorry for the TMI, but the meds constipate me big time.
this week she decided to have me choose the higher fibre meals and see if that makes a difference at all. i have the Complete Start Cereal 4x this week which has 10g fibre per serving, the maple nut has 8g i think, and the breakfast burrito (which tastes like @$$), also has 8g i think. i know how awful the breaky burrito is, but if it helps, then i'll eat it. it's only 2x this week, so not too bad.
lunches are whatever.
dinner i have lentils w/ beef 3x b/c of their higher fibre content too.
idk, i may go see my doctor and check to see if ther are other alternatives to the medication i am on. i haven't really asked him that since i started JC. never know if u don't ask!

Goal !!!!! WI this AM.. down 1.3 lbs.. I made my original goal and am 1 lb below that. I knew that I would not make the 20 lbs for Mother's Day but the challenges was helped me stay on track.

I am down to 153.8, this slow pace is driving me crazy, but I will chalk up this week as TOM, but no excuses next week . I am 3.8 away from half way goal. I will come very close or get it this week.

I HIT MY MOTHER"S DAY CHALLENGE GOAL!!!
I am down 1.8lbs to 144.8. YES!!! I can say that feels great!!!!!!

I had a WI today and I have lost 1.2 this week. So I am now out of the 150's and weigh 149.4.

Am I posting in the right spot? I'm down this week 1.4 lbs. I've lost 15 of the 20 lb goal but it looks like I'm not going to make 140 by May 11th.

I'm not sure I'm posting in the right spot...but I'm down 1 pound this week to 174. Definately didn't make my goal, but I'm close to my ultimate goal so I guess things are coming off slowly.
Congratulations to everyone who made their goal, almost made their goal, or heck, even made any progress at all!
