Week Challenge is on and it is day #2. I have decided to take it one day at a time, and focus on small steps! One step at a time will get us to the top of the mountain.

Goals for today:

Run in the morning: Done! Just finished up!

Stay on track: Eat my JC Foods....eliminate the Starbucks bomb! Volumize at night with extra veggies. Soothe myself during the day with smiles, music and relaxing thoughts.

Do not weigh myself: Wait until weigh-in day to look at my weight. I will not let the number on the scale determine my state of mind. What I do and how I stay disciplined will determine my outlook....I can do this!

Stay positive: Life is good. I can do this! I cannot wait to volumize my chicken fettucine tonight with broccoli and cauliflower Steam Fresh. Or, perhaps sautee mushrooms and onions and add to the mix.

Ah yeah!
