Hi all -

My challenge will be to keep it simple and make it a 1 week challenge, 1 day at time, bite by bite. It will add up to 28 in no time.

My goal this week is to take it one day at a time. That's right. I packed on 2 pounds this week at weigh-in, but gained a tremendous new counselor, so I am going to challenge myself for this week to take it a day at a time, with the week's focus to stay on track.

I will post an email everyday, until my weigh-in on Monday, 4/14/08.

Affirmation: I can do this today. I am going to think about the moment, staying in the moment, and staying on track.
