I saw this on the "New Posts" and had to laugh. I am an 'old fart' at 34 according to you, but I wanted to tell you that I am very happy to see a younger person taking control of their weight loss. Please do it the healthy way and stick with it. I teach high school and over the last 14 years, I have seen more and more obese young ladies in my class.
