I am currently on my third week of Jenny Craig and I love it. I am on the promotion for six weeks, and I am so torn about whether or not to join for the rewards program after this. I would love to continue, its just the food is so expensive. And it is NOT what I would normally spend in a day for food. Yes, if I went out seven days a week it would be cheaper, but I don't. I am making another shipment with my consultant on Wednesday and I was just wondering if there were any menu items that were cheaper than others? Is it cheaper to stick to the planned food, or make my own list? Thanks a lot!

Each menu item has its own price. For example - the cereals are cheaper (2.09) than the frozen Sunshine sandwich (4.29). Generally, the frozen foods are more expensive than the shelf-stable items. At the center today I asked for a price list and my JCC gave it to me without a second thought. Ask for one and you will be able to choose items based on the cost if you need to. (My husband is a construction worker and work sometimes depends on the weather, so I need to keep expenses down as much as possible.) Also, you can join the Rewards program and get a discout each week on your food. ( It starts at 10% and goes up to 30 - 35%.)
Good luck!
