Jenny Direct is a complete ripoff! I signed up for a lifetime membership when I was a member at a Jenny Craig center. After we moved away I joined up again through Jenny Direct. I needed to lose quite a bit of weight for health reasons. I was doing very well on Jenny Direct and was so happy. Suddenly, out of the blue, my counselor quit calling me! I have tried and tried to get help through customer service and no one will even do me the courtesy of returning any of my emails by phone or email. I have spent a small fortune with Jenny Craig over the years and now I have been deserted when I needed them the most. I guess you now only care about your celebrity clients and we "little" people don't count. I am very disappointed in Jenny Craig and will no longer be recommending it to everyone as I had in the past! Sally Sapp julychick@mac.com
