Good morning everyone.

Well I had my first weigh in today and I must say I am very happy smile.gif I LOST 8.2 LBS MY FIRST WEEK YEAAAA. Sorry just a little excited. I must say that was the easiest 8.2 lbs I have ever lost. I really enjoyed the food and was rarely hungry. I did not eat the dinners though I cooked recipes from the website for dinners. My family loved them and I enjoyed eating with my family. I did not exercise either so I will start that this week I wanted to give myself a week to get used to the food. So now I will work in some exercise. Good luck to all.

Great news Bonnie!!! You are on the right track. Exercise will help get off a few more tenths on the scale as well.

I'm totally stoked by your news and want you to know that you matter to me!!! Reading your energy through your words helps keep me motivated.

Sincerely,
Naomi

That is so wonderful! Congrats on doing so well your first week on the program! Keep up the good work! And dont over do it with the working out, remember muscle weighs more then fat and if you build up to much muscle mass to quickly it will effect weigh in's. Keep up the good work ^__^ and happy losing

The Morbid Queen,

Thank you, I didn't know about the muscle weighing more. I always wondered why I would gain weight when I started to workout. Then I would just give up on the diet I was following at the time. I would get really upset that all my working out and dieting I still would gain weight so I would just give up. I will take it slow and do only what I feel I can. I do not want to get discouraged again and start old habits of eating when I get upset. I really have to stick to it.
