Full Version: Website doesn't recognize my Account Number - Can't plan a menu!

I'm frustrated because my hubby & I both signed up for the JC program on Mar 1st, 2008 but have not been able to log on as members. I've called my centre, they say they've had reports of problems. They said they would contact Corporate, I haven't heard back yet. I've sent 2 emails via the website and another today directly to corporate. Hopefully someone will be able to "Simply" add our account. They should get the program fixed! I saw another post from Feb 14, 2008 with the same problem. I'm really surprised something that big isn't already fixed?!

Maybe if they had this subforum above 'Ask the Webmaster' there would be more questions here instead of people checking why their ticker isn't working.

I just started inputting a bunch of information into eTools tonite and have had a lot of problems--particularly with glitches in the menu planner. My menu plan saves fine..except the eTools kept showing tomorrows menu as the one I already ate today. My weekly menu begins on Sunday so I cannot input my weekly menu on Sunday and have day 1 be Sunday. So, I cannot use eTools to show my proper menu until next Saturday.

Also...I re-took the Style quiz and all my results are duplicate, and triplicate.

I tried calling 1-800 Jenny but I kept getting disconnected.

I also cannot input my account number and center number. When will we be accepted as actual clients? I have been a member since last July!!

I called corp. today and was on hold for 24 minutes and 48 seconds before just leaving a message.

I really want to plan my menu!

After several emails and calls, I got someone today who asked if I had signed the after hours agreement form. If I hadn't I would have to call back and leave a voice mail message and wait for someone to call me.

This is very frustrating!

I believe the website must have been undergoing maintenance at various times last week and this week because it was hung up for awhile here and there. I was not able to log in all of last week; as of last night, everything is fine. Perhaps the programmers have been able to resolve some of the issues. Having worked in that industry, I have seen first-hand how difficult it can be to get a complex system such as this one to manage massive amounts of data smoothly.

I'm having the exact same problem! I signed up last week and my accoutn number hasn't been able to work. However I'm on a 30 day free trial for Jenny Craig. So could it be possible that the online feature isn't a part of the free account?

I had the same problem--I called 1-800-JennyCare, the 2st time, the lady had no idea what to do. I called the next day and the guy asked for my email and he registered me that way. It does say that there can be a 72 hour delay, but I would call if it's been longer than that...

I REALLY hope this post is monitored by JC. I have been an member for 6 weeks, now and STILL do not show as being a member when I access program information in etools. I have spoken to SOOOO many JC care people, I am losing count. unsure.gif I have had I so many promises that it would be fixed. I have had all of my etool journal, activity and exercise notes lost when my etools was accessed in attempt to repair. No repair has ever been done. It is stated that I have 2 accounts. Two weeks ago, I was told that an IT person was coming in that would look at the problem and get it fixed and I would receive an email when it was fixed. Guess what...NO email and it is not fixed. angry.gif

I am pretty frustrated at this point and this is an effort to get this situation resolved. I am very happy with my weight loss so far and my consultants have been great.

PLEASE HELP!!

I have talked to so many people about this issue, I am glad to know I am not the only one.. We have to band together and get them to fix this SOOOON! dry.gif
