I have heard so many of you talk about the Tuscan Soup! Being "technologically challenged", I tried to look in recipes and couldn't seem to find the recipe. I also didn't see a specific recipe thread. Can/will any of you share the recipe if you have it? I have a feeling that it will be very helpful to have a container of this in the refrigerator. ps...I'm new here... rolleyes.gif

Hey, welcome! You'll find the Tuscan soup recipe on the back of your menu. If for some reason it's not on the back of your particular menu, ask your consultant for one that has it. I'm using the 1500 cal. personalized menu, and it' s on the back of it. You know, I really need to try this recipe myself. You just might inspire me to do it! smile.gif Good luck!

I added a half onion(chopped), extra minced garlic, fresh mushrooms instead of canned, and used ff low sodium chicken broth instead of water...REALLY GOOD. Even my boyfriend liked it (although, I added a half cup of noodles to HIS) tongue.gif
