I love this dish. It's my new favorite. It's weird because the first time I had it, i thought it was okay. I made it again recenty and added broccoli slaw, onions and peppers and I grill them. Then I add the JC mix with a little emeril seasoning. It's sooo good. I love it.

This has always been my favorite! Still is, even after all these months. Love to add more peppers, mushroom and hot salsa to it then top it off w/ some jalepeno peppers and some hot sauce. Yum...
