Duh! I originally posted this in last week's thread...sorry!
Great losses this week - and the gains are so minor - easily explained (missed some exchanges, HEAVY jeans!). Great job!

I realized that as of this morning, I've lost 40 pounds since I started JC back last year. Yeay! That's practically a small child!!

blah, here i am ruining the weekly total for this group with a NASTY gain this week..... up 2.2lbs
guess i better stop dwelling on it and just look forward.

Flova- new week new attitude. You can do this.
I am feeling a little better. Trying to keep busy so I avoid the snacks that are calling me. I really need to get some healthy choices in my refrigerator soon.

I was only down .6 this week
To make matters worse, I have yet to fit in a work out this week. I should be able to get back on track with workouts tonight though.

Hi everyone. Great job hotmama - 40 lbs - WOW. Congrats to all who lost this week and to those of us who didn't and posted anyway! I'm even - exactly same weight as last week. I didn't work out as much and had one night out with drinks and hors d'oevres. I'm not going to worry about it. Next week, more workouts and better planning. I have dinner Friday night with my inlaws. Probably roast, rice, peas, and salad. I'd thinking of bringing some veggies to steam. Hmmn, maybe the petite brussel sprouts in the steam bag. Think my MIL would be insulted???

I posted this on last weeks thread too. I'm up .8 this week, but down 3 inches, so it's okay. I'm doing great OP this week and am looking for a great loss come Monday. Good luck everyone!!

OK, this week I had a weight gain of .5. My fault, I increased my walking and have not been eating all my food. Consultant and I reviewed my eating for last week and I was leaving out a fruit, a milk, the energy bar and sometimes a desert/snack at night. So I guess lesson learned, You have to eat to lose weight. So affirmation for this week is to eat all of my food. Good thing about the week, I bought a pair of size 16 jeans(previous size 24W) I even got to shop in the regular womens section. So I will not let the .5 lb defeat me and I will do postive self talk.

Thanks everyone for the support! You all are doing great! Yesterday I bought a size 10-a 10!!! That sure beats the 20 that was getting snug last year

Pmom - GREAT losses! Good for you!
Sassey - Isn't it great to shop in the "normal" department? To actually get to choose clothes because you like them as opposed to because they come in your size??? Way to go.
momof 4gr8girls: Inches lost is waaay better than pounds. People can actually see inches!
readytochange - Not gaining in a week when you didn't stay on track is a victory in itself and very motivating for the next week; I"m sure you will have a great WI this next time.
mamadukes - i hope you are feeling better! Being sick can take a lot out of you...hang in there and drink that water to flush out all that nasty stuff.
Flova - okay; that week's gone and done. Time to knock out those 2 pounds! What can you do differently this week??
Tdk: SOmetimes if you don't work out one week you can jump start your system when you start back up again! Maybe that will be the case for you! Still, a .6 loss is a loss and any loss should be celebrated!

WI today -2.1 lbs. Yippee That's for 2 weeks but it includes my very very bad 3 days in Vegas. I'm very happy.
Hotmama- WOW 40 lbs. WAY TO GO
mamadukes2- .6 lbs is 2 sticks of butter that's no longer on your body. nothing wrong with that
Sassey & Ready to change- I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. no gain no loss but I'm sure it was because I as not eating all the food. the next week I ate everything and lost 3.3 Our bodies do strange things when we don't treat them right.
Glad to see all the positive thought and vibes on this thread. Onward in life, downward on the scales.

Hi everyone. Starting to feel alot better. I wi tomorrow and I'm feeling nervous about it. I don't think I am going to lose because I was a bit off track with eating and moderate at best with my activity. I have to go to dinner tonight too. Well I guess I will just have to face my fears and maybe the iron Monster will show some mercy.

Back from wi and the Iron Monster was a Tin Man with a heart. I am down 2.4 this week!

I knew last weeks gain was due to jeans and later time in day wi. I joined the gym this week and I'm going to pick up my activity this week. Hope I get my last .8 next week. I also went out and bought a size 8 jeans. I am so excited about that. Good luck everyone.

No loss..No gain this week -After the increase in exercise I did this past week I hope it shows on the inches next week when they take my measurements!!

Hi Guys! Wow great losses out there! I lost .8 this week but I was measured last week and have a total of 14.5 inches lost - wow! My goal this week is to see the 100's again. I am saying goodbye to the 200's and my fat clothes forever!
