Today was my first day on JC. I love to cook, so I was a little nervous about how the food would taste compared to my own cooking smile.gif. My menu included:

Triple Crisp cereal
Broccoli Cheese Potato
Chicken Carbonara
Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake
and of course the added fruits and veggies.

Yum yum yum! Everything really tasted great. The carbonara did have a bit of a "frozen entree" taste to it, but it was still very good and I love the portion sizes. I did find myself getting fairly hungry this afternoon, but I found that the fruits did a pretty good job of keeping me satisfied. I'm sure it will be a few days until my tummy gets used to the smaller portion sizes. 125 here I come!

Hi, Welcome to program.

I noticed we have the same stats. I started the re-started the program two weeks ago at 167lbs and my goal weight is also 125-130.

I also really like the food. I prefer the frozen entrees to the shelf staples for sure - but everything, for the most part, is really tasty.

Good luck on your weight loss journey!

Hi! We have about the exact numbers. How tall are you, and how did you decide on 125 being your goal? I agree that most of the food is great, but I have had to add a lot of vegetables to fill me up. Good luck!
