I'm not much for infomercials, but after a few weeks of researching on line and watching it over and over again....I broke down and bought it....I'm thinking, "hey, if I get it home and I hate it, it will go back".....their guarantee is you will feel the burn in your 1st 60 sec. burst...oh YEAH....try like 10 sec. burst....LOL....

Easy to put together, it folds up and stores easily. You get on it and you will FEEL that burn, I couldn't get past a 10 sec. burst the 1st day, but I did about 12 of them....today, 2nd day, I have gone in 15 times and did 20 sec. bursts....it is a challenge as I WANT to be able to do a 60 second burst....LOL...and ONE day I'll be able to let go of the "death grip" i have on the handles and get my hands on my hips....;O)

If your looking for something you can get on and off quickly this would be it....I have done my measurements prior to starting it and will measure in a week to see my results....but from the feeling, I think it will be a good thing....LOL....
