I am sorry this sounds harsh but...
I HATE the new improved anytime bars!!! For a while now I have been reading about folks on the MB complaing about the taste of the bars. I did not mind them and I looked forward to my bar "treat". It was not until today that I tried the "new improved" version that I realized what all the fuss was about!!
Please please write your complaints to the FOOD FEEDBACK thread. Hopefully it will be noted!!
If anyone has food a good substitute I would love to hear it!!
Thanks

Instead of getting angry....how about just not eating the offending items? Just an idea...

I actually like the new AT bars much better (Cookies 'n Cream). If you don't like the AT bars, you can have a multiplus and a nonfat yogurt everyday as a substitute...or talk to your JC consultant about having a Pria bar or something similar instead of an AT bar.

I'm a fan of the new ones. I think they are soooo much of an improvement.

I'm just restarting - after 19 years! The food has really improved. I loved the old peanut butter bar, however, I had my first anytime peanut butter bar today, and I loved it! I actually think it's one of the best peanut butter bars I've ever had; it was carmelly and the chocolate tasted like real chocolate, not carob. It was really good!

I started to read the "foods we hate" thread, but decided I have to learn to eat and try new things, and it's better to just give it a go. smile.gif Really, the food is so much better than what it used to be, and even back then.. it was pretty good. Besides... every time I have something on the menu, I know I'm going to be closer to my goal!!!! smile.gif But I also empathize with anyone struggling with not liking certain foods - the best thing to do is talk to your counselor, and plan your own menu choices, or switch out a day if you don't like something. Just remember, it's temporary, but it's flexible enough to allow us to choose... back then, you couldn't, you just had to "bite the bullet"! smile.gif Good Luck! You can do it!!!
