Looks like with the new board we lost our January & February threads... so here it is March 1st and I thought i would get this one started with the new and improved goal list and see how we are all doing! I was out of the country (and off plan) for a couple of weeks in February so put a pound and a half back on, but hey - it could have been worse!
My "Marching Orders" goals for this month:
1. to get down to 160 pounts (a milestone weight for me)
2. to run the March 30 April Fool's 10K race here in Ontario
