I used to love, love, LOVE the potstickers! Now, I enjoy them alot, but for some odd reason, I just drool over the Penne Pasta! Tonight I added some red pepper flakes, a dash of garlic and a little extra parmasean cheese, and I was in HEAVEN!! I think I could eat this 3-4 a week!

Def. gonna triple up on those next time!!!

Whatever works, right?!!!

mjinminnesota
Love mac & cheese! Turkey and gravy is yummy. Sirloin and mushrooms and mashed potatoes..... yes!! To that one, I add carrots, onions, and more mushrooms, and it really reminds me of old-fashioned pot roast.
ccottino
Fajitas!!! Stir fry some peppers, onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, green beans and whatever else you like and triple the amount of food you eat! Add some spice (Mexican, fajita, cajun...) and you have a mound of food. Dee-lish!
mress67
I totally have more than one. Chicken Fettuccini, Fajitas, Meatloaf and Salisbury Steak!

Lasagna and Turkey Chile

Fish and chips cooked in the oven.
Turkey and gravy - replacing mashed potatoes with instant mashed

I use to love love love the Lasagne but now it turns my stomach. Must have just had it too much and turned myself off it. I'm currently trying to add back in other meals as I was eating only the Fish and Turkey for the last few weeks. I have the Salisbury steak thawing for tonight. I'll grill it and the potatoes with some spices, possibly use the George Forman grill. That works well for the meatloaf too.

My fav's right now are Salisbury Steak, Fish & Chips and must be done in the oven for the "crisp" factor, and the Turkey & gravy.

The penne pasta, mac and cheese, chick. fett. I always add steamed broc. or "stir fry" some asparagus to bulk it up and it is sooo good!

I love BBQ Meatloaf (it was recalled at my center...hope it comes back soon!!!) and Fish n Chips. The potstickers are pretty good too!
Cambria
I just the Cashew Chicken with brown rice. I'm an avid rice lover... and this just hit the spot and satisfied my craving for Chinese food! I also love the Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers. I also am anxiously awaiting the return of the BBQ meatloaf. Yum... although if left on my OWN meal plan I could happily eat 2 chocolate cherry cheese cakes for dinner if I didn't know better!
Wishing2bskinny
I absolutely LOVE the chicken fajitas!! Add some grilled mushrooms, peppers & onions w/ some hot salsa & jalepeno peppers and hot sauce! WOW its the absolute best! I also have this w/ some taco salad by DOLE. YUMMY!
tkeels
I really enjoy the rising crust pizza and the penne pasta. I used to love the chicken fett, but I think I ate it too often, so now I'm tired of it. I have 3 in my freezer that I can't stand the thought of eating.
princessk8
1. Mesquite Chicken!
2. BBQ Chicken Pizza
3. Penne Pasta -- add a milk serving of cottage cheese and it tastes just like my mom's lasagna.

I just had the cashew chicken last night for dinner and as suggested by my counselor turned it into lettuce wraps!! I cooked the dinner in the microwave and added a bit of low sodium soy sauce to the meal and spooned a tablespoon of the mixture(rice, chicken, veggies, cashews) into individual lettuce leaves..I used bib lettuce...it was DELICIOUS and filling. I was thinking the next time I could add even more veggies to volumize it...but it was definitely one I will add to my favorites. It was like having the lettuce wraps at Cheesecake Factory or Chilis. Give it a try!!

Thank you JRider (and pass on the thanks to your counselor as well)! What a great idea! I am new at the new ways of creating "custom meals" from our JC meals! This sounds AWESOME and I will definately try it! I LOVE lettuce wraps!

I've heard of many cutting up their sandwiches and placing on huge beds of lettuce to make a heartier salad too and that's great too. I've been dipping my stuffed chicken & stuffed meatball sandwiches in different sides for a flavor boost as well (pizza sauce, bbq sauce, etc.... really "kicks it up a notch" as Emeril would say!) :Þ

My favorite is also the penne pasta. I usually add an ounce of shrimp to it and have it with a side of green beans. It's a staple at least one a week and sometimes twice.

A very close second favorite especially in the summer is the Turkey chili. I make a large tossed salad with a lot of cherry tomoatoes, onions, and mushrooms and then mix the heated chili with a couple spoonfuls of fat free sour cream and mix it with the salad. A great volume meal when you are really hungry.

the potstickers are one of my favs - I sautee a little broccoli slaw in some light ginger sesame dressing (fat) and then stir in the potstickers when the broccoli is almost done - delicious and super-filling

my other fav is the rising crust pizza. it's my Friday night treat. I always add some turkey pepperoni and a little bit of extra lf mozarella cheese. It's yummy and makes me feel like I'm cheating.

I absolutely LOVE the fish and chips! It's like comfort food for me. I add a little tartar sauce and it's great. I also like the beef chow mein, cheesy enchilada and sunshine sandwich. French toast is pretty good. Chicken fettuccine isn't bad. And the triple chocolate cheesecake rocks, but they've been out of it for weeks. Going through withdrawal. I eat the chocolate brownie with sugar free cool whip and it's great. I'm really ok with most of the food. Maybe I'm nuts!
Westcoast
The top three are officially:

1) Cajun Sausage and Rice

2) Meatloaf

3) Cheese Ravioli's

The worst is a tie between Beef Mashed Potatoes and Sweet & Sour Chicken.

Thank you Jridler. I never liked the cashew chicken much, but I tried your suggestion to make them into lettuce cups, and they were delicious! I added mushrooms, red bell pepper strips, broccoli, and a green onion, and man that was a satisfying meal! Thanks!

Hi~

BBQ Chicken Pizza, Meatloaf, Chicken Fajitas, Breakfast Scramble, Southwestern Chicken Burrito
Basset Lover
Hiya--that's a tough one...

I would say the Chicken Carbonara with added onions, mushrooms and asparagus. or for hot days (I found this in the Creative Recipes Book) I nuke the teriyaki salmon in the morning and put it right back in the box and put it in the fridge. When I get home from work, I take a couple of handfuls of romaine lettuce and put the salmon dinner over the top of the romaine, cut the salmon up a little and then add the JC Asian dressing to it. Great summertime or hot weather dinner.

My other favorite is the Fajitas--I always buy 2 so my Hub and I can have the same dinner that night and add extra onions, and colored peppers. Top 'em with Fat-free Sour cream, salsa and some green tabasco.....yum-o!

Fish n chips are great too!

Help me out please--the penne pasta I found to be mushy...any suggestions on cooking it other than just popping in the microwave. I tried volumnizing and then throwing it in the saute pan with the other veggies---but it still came out kind of mushy.
