i noticed that on the blank personalized menu (which I fill in the JC meals I like, but include my own snacks) that there is more food, than on the planned menu. For example, there is one starch in a personalized menu snack, but not on the planned menu. I'm not talking about creating any meals on my own. I'm just choosing JC meals, but creating my own snacks. why am I eating more calories this way? I'm still eating three JC meals a day. My question is just about the snacks. For example, on the planned menu a snack is lowfat cheese and veggies. On the personalized menu it is one starch, one meat, one fat. I know that the cheese is considered a meat, but where is the starch coming from? I don't want to be eating any more calories. thanks.
