So I finally succumbed and planned a menu, took me forever, but I did it. But when I print it, it's 17 pages long? My printer is set for letter size, the page set up is correct....
Why would it be doing this? And what can be done to solve it?
Hopefully, someone will answer me before 7 am CST so I can take it with me to see my JCC.
HELP!

Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply. I've been on these boards for over a year and I've never seen anyone from the web team reply to anyone's questions.
Someone earlier posted an excel spreadsheet that has a menu planner. if you haven't already done so, you might try downloading that.

so here's how i did it. a bit of a pain, but at least i was able to print it out. please keep in mind i have a mac, so doing this is really simple for me (i don't know how to do it on a PC).
Step 1: Take a screen shot of your menu. On a Mac, hold down Command+Shift+4 at the same time, then let go. This turns your mouse into a crosshairs thing that lets you select everything you currently see (you can't scroll down, you'll have to do this more than once). On a Mac, any screen shot you take will automatically land on your desktop and will be saved as a .jpg file.
Step 2: Open Word (or whatever you use...WordPerfect, Pages, etc.) and drag the picture into the blank document. A word to the wise...do the last one first, otherwise they show up in reverse order.
Step 3: Resize it so you can read it.
Step 4: Print. Mine usually only take about a page and a half.
Step 5: (and this one's optional) I cut the lone bit off of the half page and tape it to the page that is full (I hope this makes sense), that way I can see it all at once. I hang mine on the refrigerator. My husband doesn't do this.
My husband figured this out. Took him a while and he owns a software company. YEESH!!
Anyway, HTH

Mine printed out a bunch of pages too- 19? But then last night it acted right and just printed it as two. The daily meals are all on one page.
I was glad I printed it for next week when I did because right after that the website went down. Since you can never count of anything working right here day to day (or even being able to get in!) I have found that it is best to print things when you have a chance.
Still very frustrating. My center says everyone is complaining and that JC is overwhelmed.
