Full Version: Can't log in Menu Planner

I am a new member, and the website won't allow me to access the menu planner. It keeps telling me that I need enter my centre number and account number. I do and nothing happens. I know it has the correct info on me because if I enter the wrong account#, it tells me that that # doesn't exist.

I have a lot of trouble with it. I keep trying and once in awhile it works. I was at my Center for WI today and I heard there that it was acting up today and not letting people make their menus. Maybe if you logged off and then logged back on it would help- that's worked for me before. Mostly it's programming error. The program is absolutley full of glitches. Maybe they need to get someone really good at programming to come in a fix it for the company who designed it for JC.
I would not use that web design company again if I were Jenny Craig. JC is big into customer service and the webdesigner has cost them major $$$ in client support at this point. There are a lot of great companies doing web design, but JC found one that was terrible. That's what everyone I talk to thinks anyway. However, the designers are spinning it that it is the client's fault and that we simply do not know how to use the new site yet. Ha! The more they spin, the more suspicious I am that they know they screwed up.
