Help! I am a bit over three pounds from my goal. I am hungry most of the time, and fortunately able to stay on my plan until about 7:00 p.m. Between 7:00 and 9:00, I have been hitting the fridge. I strategized that if I volumized my breakfast cereal by selecting a low cal option, then ate half at breakfast and half for evening snack, that might help. It did, for about a week. Now, I find myself returning to the fridge or pantry after dinner and my "authorized" evening snacks. Sometimes, I even get up after I have gone to sleep to sneak downstairs for some food.

Call your JCC ~ ASAP!!! You might not be getting enough calories and she can help figure it out. I say that as I am assuming you have gone through all the water/fluids needed and are filling up with the unlimited veggies. I was at 1200 and uped back to 1500 as I was starving and gaining weight dispite being almost 100% on program.
Good luck

Eating more earlier in the day might help, although it sounds counter-intuitive. Also, eat more items at each sitting rather than spreading them out. Again, counter-intuitive, but it worked for me. I tend to graze with a single item every hour or so. I am less hungry when I consume two or three items at the same time and wait longer in between (2-4 hrs).
