I have seen a few before and after pics of members I've read and posted with on the MB. It is so inspiring and uplifting!!! It's like the fuel to the fire and it revs me up and encourages me to keep(get) my nose to the grindstone ,the feet to the treadmill, and a look ahead to my goals ~ large and small!!!

I agree!!! I love seeing everyone's before and after pictures, it is really proof that exercising and eating right make all the difference. We asked for a specific thread on the message boards for just this topic, too bad the webmaster didn't listen, it would have made it so much easier to find.
So, I haven't yet tried to insert pics into the messages yet with this new web page format, crossing my fingers that it works...

Here are two pictures... I'm not going to call them before and after, but before and "better." I'm not even halfway yet, so I don't consider myself anywhere near done. I am definitely happy with the changes I see, though. The "better" picture is from November 2007. I'm about ten pounds lighter now.

WOW, Joy, you are doing great! Good for you for taking control of the weight issue at such a young age, the tools you develop now will help you maintain for the rest of you life....
And you are such an inspiration to others who may not be able to exercise much.
By eating the right foods, you can get to a healthy weight.
