I think this is my favorite lunch. I add sauteed celery, onion and mushrooms and a little soy and tabasco. It is wonderful and very filling.

I eat this at least 2-3 times a week! I really like it best when I can put it in the oven!!

This is one of my favorites. It has a great flavor. I have added a can of chop suey vegetables and some soy sauce to make it go further.

I just had the beef chow mein for lunch -- added 1 Tbs natural peanut butter and a shake or two of red pepper flakes. I love it! Even though I made it to goal, this will be something I will continue to eat because it tastes great, it's portioned right, and keeps me out of the buffet!

I eat this at least 3 times a week. I wish they had something similar for dinner, even if it was chicken.

Definitely one of my faves! The first time I tried this meal I thought there were too many noodles. I add fresh sliced tomato and peppers the last 30-45 seconds of microwaving--I just lift up the film and pile the veggies on top. I have this meal at least once or twice a week.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

I love it too and got an idea to volumize it from my consultant last week to turn it into a soup!! I added a can of FF chicken broth and some frozen brocolli, light soy sauce..after cooking it half way in the microwave I added it to the soup and boy was it tasty and filling!! I also like to add canned bean sprouts or bamboo shoots to this or the chicken potstickers and you definitely get your chinese fix in!! thanks for sharing...

jridler--Thanks for sharing!! I love this entree and I hadn't thought of making it as a soup. Great ideas--I will give it a try.
