I had the turkey burger a few weeks ago and could not stand it! It tasted like rubber. I remember reading something on here about different ways to cook it. I was wondering about grilling it up. If I do, should I microwave for a while first and then grill it? Just looking for ideas because I really want to like it!!! It just was so blechhh the first time. Thanks for any ideas!

i put the bun in the toaster, nuke the burger, then plop it in a frying pan real quick to "brown" it up. lettuce, tomato help, plus a little ketchup and fatfree mayo.

WOw you don't like it...I love it, infact I eat it like 3 times a week. I put ff mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Maybe try it with the extras and you may like it. Good luck!

When I saw what $5.30 looked like when I took the turkey burger out of the package...laughable.
But when I cooked it JUST RIGHT in the microwave, the puck expanded into a puffy MUCH BIGGER tasty
meal. A big surprise. I loved it.
Much like the consistency of a crabcake.
If it's still a solid puck when you eat it, something is wrong.

If I am at home, I will put it in the toaster over with ketchup or chili sauce on it and bake it for 15 minutes. Makes it much more like a meatloaf, then hockey puck. If I microwave it, I will wrap it in a paper towel for 60 to 90 seconds and pat it dry when it comes out. Then (again) I add the chili sauce to a toasted bun. Yum
Now the question is what do you serve with it? (Since fries and chips are not included in the box!)

Love this one. I microwave the patty (no stove at work), chop it up and toss it with a salad. I put the Jenny ranch dressing and the bbq sauce on the salad and toast the bun. I could eat this one a couple of times a week!

I had one when I first started three weeks ago and I thought it was okay. I had one yesterday and it was awesome. It tasted great and the texture was really good. I got more for this week and I'm thinking if it taste good again I might get two or three.

Turkey Burgers are my addiction. I take one slice of onion and nuke it with the patty, then add the bun and continue to nuke, then I add mustard, maybe lettuce and tomato.....YUM, sometimes I'd like to have it as my dinner.....(actually sometimes I eat dinner at lunch and lunch at dinner).....I haven't played with breakfast yet....too good to move

I've done a bunch of different things with the Turkey Burger - I have two a week!
I used a little bit of terriyaki sauce (a limited free) to drizzle over it while I heated it up on the stove, and topped it with fresh red onion.
Yesterday I used fresh tomato and red onion, half of my balsamic dressing and a pinch of part-skim mozzarella cheese to make it 'caprese.'
Both were good.
