Hi I am new to this.
My 3rd day on jenny.
Question is which pizza tastes better and can be cooked in microwave at work?
Pesto Pizza or jenny's Personal Pizza.
Thanks
hairdresser
I LOVE PESTO PIZZA I EAT IT 3X A WEEK.....TERESA

I vote for the pesto pizza.

They are about the same to me. I use them as bread to dip in salsa (free).
Now, the rising crust pizza adn the BBQ pizza need to be cooked in the oven. They also come vaccum wrapped.

I agree, I also like the Pesto Pizza better than the Personal Pizza. This might seem obvious, but make sure you like pesto before ordering... It seems like most of the people that dislike this don't really like pesto-flavored things.

Jenny's rising crust pizza is by far the best. I don't like the "chopped" tomatoes they put on the lunch pizzas, they are terrible. The BBQ pizza is good too! All pizzas are best in an oven or toaster oven.

Be careful... Rising Crust and BBQ Chicken are dinners, but Personal and Pesto are lunches.

As you can see from the prior posts, both pizzas can be cooked in the microwave. Personally, I love the Pesto best.

I like the pesto pizza with a salad topped w/balsamic dressing. I have recently tried the rising crust pizza and was impressed with that as well. Haven't tried the jenny's personal pizza yet.

i like the personal pizza better. i take off the tomatos (bleck!) and put on green peppers, pineapple and mushrooms. YUMMY! it's basically just a crust with sauce (without the tomatoes) and cheese. be creative, or be plain, it's up to you!

This is day two for me, and I haven't tried pizza yet, but how often can you have it? I think I received two in my box the other day?

You can have any food as much as you like, assuming you plan your own menus.

I agree. I don't like the lunch pizzas, but the R.C. pizza is DA BOMB!

Pesto Pizza and personal pizza are two of my favorites. I love the idea of dipping the pesto pizza in salsa. I can't believe I never thought of that one! Thanks for the idea! I'm honestly surprised that I like all the "tofu" items. I don't eat tofu normally but the lasagna, and the sausage and sausage pizza are all great!

The pesto pizza rocks!!

Hi Beebob,

If I worked, I would take all the dinner entrees for my lunches and do the lunch ones for dinner. There are so many good dinner entrees that can be microwaved! Plus, it may help you stay full to eat a bigger lunch. It is fine to switch them!

Have fun!

Both the lunch pizza's look like they are on the same crust so it's just which topping you prefer. Alot of people seem to have a problem with the lunch pizza's because they say the crust gets hard and cracker like. I haven't had the problem but I realized why. I bring my lunch to work in one of those insulated bags with an ice pack. It probably keeps it as cold as a fridge would. So when I cook it in the microwave I only cook it until the cheese looks melted. Mine doesn't get hard and taste good. It's definitely still not soft and puffy like real pizza but it's not hard either. So I think people should try defrosting them first. I love the pesto one best by the way.

Personally I don't care for ANY of the pizzas (I've tried them all)...but that's just me of course smile.gif we all have different tastes etc. (the chicken fettucine more than makes up for the yukkypoo pizzas IMO!)

IMO it doesn't make a difference whether you have dinners @ lunch or vice versa. The calories are pretty much the same (a bit different but not that much!). Last night I had a chicken salad made with the Chicken Sandwich and a drizzle of Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinegarette - YUM! (I used the bun as a bread roll).
