SO GLAD TO SEE YOU AND THIS THREAD! I stumbled on it quite by accident this evening as I am poking around on the 'puter before I go pick up the peanut in a bit from Girl Scouts. (We still have to sign up for booth sales-didn't sell any cookies ourselves but will make effort with the troop, and I feel no guilt over this! BTW, you can get 100 calorie packs of cinnamon cookie type things this year from them...wait, maybe there not specially packaged, but I know it is 100 cal/per serving! And I had a small bite last month-NOT BAD!)

Still am getting comfortable with the new site. Is there a way to PM folks? I haven't figured that out yet. I am hoping that when I get my new 'puter (soon!), I'll once again be able to go into chat. I really miss chat and the boards when I can't participate in them.

Mid kid has been home under the weather this week and I have a cold type thing but I think we're gonna make it! Now, as long as peanut and hubby stay healthy! It is supposed to be decent weather this weekend, so I am gonna get the dogs out. I got a little harness-type thing for the puppy that is supposed to keep her from pulling and if that is the truth, I will be able to walk her with the big girl. I just don't have the upper body strength to do 'em both together as tho my chesapeake is pretty docile, she occassionally gets a bit rowdy and if she does that when the puppy is already yanking, it isn't pretty...

Well, best go and get the girl. Haven't been to JC this week cuz of being sick and not wanting to share my germs but am gonna run in there next week and hop on that scale. I'll let ya know how it goes! And next week I will try the new Jazzercise place in the 'hood-have been not up to it since it opened last Saturday and I am rarin' to go!
