I do so bad on the weekends. I alway want to drink wine and then I tend to want to binge if I have too much time.
During the week it is so easy to follow the Jenny plan. I don't have a problem with that all.
It seems like by ruining with weekends I am only losing about 1 pouond a week. does anyone else have this problem?

I have the exact same problem. I do fine while I am at work but once I am home and want wine to relax - it is all over. I have been losing about two pounds a week. This past weekend was horrible and I had three different dinner functions. I am hoping to lose at weigh in but it is not looking good. My first problem is the wine (love it to relax) and my second problem is going out to eat - seems like there is always a function. People say to do something else to relax, but it just does not seem to work that way.

I agree, there is no substitute for a good glass of wine..or two...or three. Well I think you get it If you find anything please let me know. I have the same problem. Then you want to much after you start drinking. It is soooo hard
