Funny thing Kim but my JCC sort of asked this of me today. How do I motivate myself to stay "on program" whenI don't want to?
I don't know that I really have anything you guys haven't heard but I love the "28 to motivate" CD (and I am building my own written journal to work with JC and that CD (and Touchstones too)! In any event I find that incredibly motivating.
There are several inspirational quotes in "28 to Motivate" but the voice in my head always says the same thing - "success is just a series of wiser choices you make - on most days." I love that! No pressure to be PERFECT! Just that wiser choice - most of the time.
So what's your inspiration? What makes you stay on program when you don't feel like it?

Hi ladies,
I would love to say my motivation was my children - to be healthier for them, but to be quite honest, I managed them just fine when I was heavier!
My real motivation right now is seeing and FEELING my muscles. It just feels so good to move a limb and actually feel the power of my body instead of feeling the drain on my energy! When i walk a flight of stairs, it is wonderful to feel the tightness in my derriere!
And, what???? I have collar bones and hip bones??? YEAH!
I will never be stick thin, I never have been...but being able to buy "normal" sized clothes, fitting into seats, and not being so self-conscious about my rolls has been a real blessing!
