Anyone else being consulted by phone? Just when I seem to "connect" with a consultant, then without notice, someone else calls me. Also, the dates/times of our meetings hardly ever occur as scheduled -- too early, too late or not at all. Anyone else frustrated and disappointed with the service?

No, because I expect so little of my consultant. I've seen the same woman for ages, but all I want her to do is witness my weigh in (my major motivation) and take my food order. Anyone at the center could do the same.

I go to the center but what are they consulting us on? They weigh you take your food order and answer questions if you ask them. I have yet to have any of them say anything to me except what's up. Or if I say I am going out to eat they say eat small portions and I say no.

I am lucky to have found a very caring consultant. I actually switched centers when she was transferred. I go to the one on 72nd St in manhattan. I travel from queens, but you get what you pay for (sometimes). We sit and talk and I don't feel rushed. As I said I was lucky. At my previous center I walked in and out & wondered what just happened? You can also switch consultants if you feel you are unhappy.

I am very sorry to hear about the problems with your consultants...I try to do the best I can and answer all of my clients questions. I started the program and then joined the company and became a consultant. I currently am the only consultant in my center that is on the program and I think that that helps my clients.
