Hey Bree25
Welcome - although WOO is the official welcomer, I will say mine now!
Good for you for taking the first step in recognizing your OWN POWER! This is truly a great group of diverse people. We all believe in the power of group support and encouragement. Sometimes as you will see, it isn't always just about the food, but about what life deals you in a hand to play out. We all stick together in this thread, and across all the JC threads as well - so make sure you venture outto those also. I am sure you will find a great many people inspiring to say the least. Again, Welcome and let us know how you do and what is going on for you.

Hey Tatgrl
Wey to go on the 10lb loss. That must feel GREAT!!!!!!!!! I'm jealous. I guess that means I have to get my *SS in gear and start back down the scale. Weather here in the Boston area has been lousy to say the least. No excuses for lack of exercise I know, but OMG just the Blek feeling of always seeing white and feeling cold is something I am ALL SET WITH!!!!!!! Keep us posted and again, Great Job!

Welcome to you both,
I've been at this for 10 months now and it's been great for me...so what ever help or support you need you can get it here on the boards. Lots of information and suggestions when you feel like you are running into a brick wall. Just take it slow and above all have fun...

in love with life: First sorry about your accident but you seem to have a very positive attitude and that helps. I am 74 and finally cannot handle the weight on knees and hips with arthritis in both area's I am an elected official with my City and must do a lot of walking and attend many political functions and my dress size has jumped from a 14 to a 22 so I must diet now for anoither reason as well I quit smoking 3/13/05 and put on an additional 17 pounds from then to 5/31/05 when I joined Jenny. this is my first week and I have only dropped 3.5 lbs but hope to do better this week I am joining a swimming club for water exercise this week also so again good luck to you and keep your good attitude now or never
