Hello! My husband is stationed at Ft. Lewis. Is anyone else on JC in this area? I go to one of the gyms on post and would love to have a workout buddy, or someone to walk/jog around the air field with! Or just someone to chat with and help motivate each other!

Hi there! I'm not part of the military family but I live in nearby Orting. I just finished week #4 and am down 15.7 lbs!! I'd love to have someone to chat with or even get together for walks.

You are doing awesome! That is A LOT of weight to lose in 4 weeks! I'm nervous about my weigh in on Friday. On Thursday my boss is flying in and I'm meeting her and some other people at Farelli's Pizza for dinner. I have already looked at the menu to see what on earth I am going to eat. I found a fairly healthy salad and I'm going to try to get 1/2 order.

Oh I love Farrellis!! I'm not that familiar with the "healthy" choices there, but I'm friendly with the cheesebread! Hence, I'm friendly with Jenny now! :-) I have had salads there too, they are quite good! Enjoy and let me know how you do! Take care
