Hello everyone, my name is jen, im 17 years old from MA, and i just started up on jenny craig again. I officially started in june of 06 but then slowly lost my ambition and stopped going for a while. =( 25lbs and 4 months later i knew i had to go back to jenny asap, so i went back last week and went to meet with my consultant this week and i went down 5.4! yippee! but i still have a long way to go, just looking for an e-penpal that shares similar struggles and accomplishments with me! so if anyone is interested i'd really love talking with someone!!
hope to hear from someone soon!

Hi I am Andrea. I started on JC in November 06. This program is very good. I am 19 by the way. The trick for me is staying on the program. It is hard for people like us because when we are in school we don't have a microwave
jenrockssocks
i know, it stinks, i just try to bring my snack and anytime bar with me to school and eat my lunch when i get home, cause the tuna and chicken salad kits are gross!
Burichu
Hi, my name is Britni. I would love to be your e-penpal. I just started on Jenny and I am 19 years old. I officially starte January 24th. So i am new, but I would love to have some to encourage in this struggle and for someone to encourage me. My email is: burichu@gmail.com
Tell me a little about yourself, and I will do the favor right back. I look forward to getting to know you and to support you in this awesome step we are taking to a healthier and more confident lifestyle.

Hay guys my name is Megan and I'm 19. I am a sophmore at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Tx. I just started JC in January, and Ive been on for 4 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds. I think its really kool that there are other younger women doing this to! So how much have you guys lost?
jenrockssocks
hey guys! im so glad more people reposted to this! i went to jenny today for my second week, and im down 5.2! yay! so, so far ive lost 10.6, im really hoping that these big drops keep coming, but i know that they just all slide off in the beginging! what are you guys doing to stay motivated? for me, i'm looking forward to my brothers wedding in may, [i'm a bridesmaid!] ... and i wanna look hot in that dress! haha, also i have senior prom this year! good luck to everyone! keep up the good work!
<3 Jen
Burichu
that is awesome~! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! Keep up the good awesome work!
My motivation is when I loose all this weight my dad is giving me a shopping spree at boutiques. GAAAH~ So excited!
jenrockssocks
YAY! thats so exciting! i can't wait to buy all no clothes... for real this time, ive tried loosing weight baisically my whole life, i so badly just want to be thin, ... i did weight watchers once, (i like jenny better!) and one motto that one of the consultants said was "nothing tastes as good, as thin feels!" ... keep up the good work girls!

yah i bought a new bathing suit yesterday..and its a bikini! ah i cant wait for that to actually look good on me! what kind of excercise do you guys do and how often? i dont know if im doing enough
Burichu
i try to do about half and hour to one hour a day. when i do that i loose like a pound a day. i do cardio and such, but like today i am going to go swimming. it is good to mix things up
jenrockssocks
i do the eliptical about 3-4 times per week, for about 45-60 mins, but im thinking about getting a personal trainer at my gym... has anyone ever had good luck with that?
Burichu
I once use to do training with my sister (who is a personal trainer) twice a week. I had great results and it taught me about how to work out, when is too much and when is too little. It is a good learning experience if anything.

Hey everybody! My name's Rachel and I'm only 15, so it's pretty cool that theres a message board for teenagers. I've been on jc for about two months and have lost 10.2 pounds so far! Good luck with everybody else's weight loss!
jenrockssocks

Hey guys! i'm Kasey, i'm 15 and from RI! I think it's really cool that everyone is posting and encouraging each other! I've been on and off jenny since july and i've lost 28.4 pounds which is pretty nice! Jenny is the first long term weightloss program i've been able to stick with for more than a week although i do get off track sometimes i always come back to it, i've tried just about everything before! about a year or two ago i lost about 29 pounds i gained it back but lost it again before starting jenny so i've lost about a total of 47 pounds in the last few years but I still have a long way to go! and to answer that exercise thing i exercise 1 hour, usually cardio monday thru friday and it reallly helps! How's everyone doing?
jenrockssocks
yeah been there done that stick to it, cause it stinks when you get off track and then gain it all back again, yikes! keep up the good work your doing great!!

Hello everyone. i am new to jenny as of feb 6, 07. Im 19 years old, from RI. im shocked at all the success stories, but im afraid its not going to work for me. does this diet really truly work?
jenrockssocks
YES! if you really and truely stick to it, it will work! DONT CHEAT! you'll regret it! once and a while is fine once you get the hang of things and you understand the whole exchange thing, i think they have like a 6 week trial thing, if you think you might not like it (which i doubt) ... good luck!
Singin Sweetie156
hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of excersizes I could do at home. I already have a treadmill and an eliptical, but I do each every other day and it its kind of getting to be a boring routine. I know I'm pretty limited at home but if any one has any suggestions that would be great!
jenrockssocks
hmm thats a tough one, cause thats usually all i do, but maybe you could go for a walk outside (if its not too cold) do you have a dog? or a lake near you? we have a big lake in our town, and its like 3 miles around, so i like to walk around that if i'm bored of going to the gym! if you cant do those, maybe get like a fun excerisize (haha sp?) tape or ive heard DDR is a good workout!
goodluck !

Hey Girl! My name is Aleisha and I def. need a support buddy too smile.gif It gets really hard for me because I go through these depressed times, feeling like the weight will never come off. I want to lose around 40-50 pounds so I can wear a bathing suit and go to prom feeling great! I'm tired of looking at pics of myself saying "OMG do I really look that fat?" So if you wanna talk, I think we could help each other a ton! My email address is aleishaonbass@yahoo.com and my myspace is www.myspace.com/aleishaautumn

Hey my name is Kayla and I am 19 and I need a support buddy as well, I know you posted this a while ago but I just joined Jenny on Feb 5 and I am starting to have some problems ... so far I have lost 13 pounds and I am happy about that but lately I just feel like I want to eat all the time even if I am not hungry... I just think it would be helpful if I had someone to talk to.
Hope to hear back soon!
Kayla
