Hi,
I just started Jenny Craig. It is hard following the program at school. Can someone give me advice?

1st i just wanted to say "good for you"!
Repackage things! Put the tuna or chicken salad on lettuce, the crackers in a baggy and the fruit is fine! Chili con Carne stays hot in a thermos, dump it on salad!
The chicken breast sandwich can be made into sliced chicken on a roll - cook it and chill. I recommend buying a soup Thermos and the rest is easy! Keep plugging, it will be worth it!

I travel all day 2 days out of the week and it's a pain to have all these meals that need to be cooked in the microwave. I usually make everything I am going to eat the night before or morning of and just pack it in tupper-wear. The tuna salad kit, chicken sandwhich or turkey burger are pretty easy because they are good even at room temperature.
You could also talk to whom ever runs the cafeteria and explain your situation and ask to use the microwave; people can be very understanding.
Good luck to you!

Hey there. I'm basically in the same boat you are. On the days I eat lunch at school, I just take my snacks for the day (including a fruit or two) and then eat my meal when I get home. It usually works out pretty well. Hope it's just as successful for you!
