Can you please tell me some ab ideas. My lower abs, the area right below my belly button is the area that really bothers me the most, especially in clothing because of my love handles.

hi just do reg. sit ups thats all every day ! your abs are the last thing to go to get the fat off it not fair.

Well...I haven't workout this summer at all since I didn't have tiem for it but I worked out every summer from 6th grade to 10th (n I am going into the 11th) n I can never get rid of my thighs n Lower abs...I walked almost everyday in the other summers n even did this thigh climber(which I have) n 8 minute abs tape but its goes down but never away...so amy advice? Thanks!

ok do lots of walking will work no eatting after 7:00pm .see how that works and get back with me in one week.
