Hello all-
I did JC in 1991 and lost 50lbs. For the last 13 years I have a wondful husband and 2 great kids, ages 4 and 2. I am a FULL time Veggie and excited to be back. I hope the menu doesn't drive me nuts before I get rid of 45lbs.

I have heard from many past Veggie people who have returned years later, say that they were disappointed in the lack of varity in veeggie meals and how it really hasn't changed and they wish that they had more than one week to work with. What have you noticed since you have returned to JC 13 years later?

I was not a full time Veggie when I did JC 14 years ago. I did choose Jenny this time not knowing that we only had 1 menu I was excited that they even had a veggie menu and assumed that there would be a several menus. Shame on me for assuming.
I will keep up eating the same things as long as I can.
