Hi Im a returning member, after alot of yrs! The menu is just about the same as it was 6 or so yrs ago!! But some of my weight is creeping back so Im back. I like all of the food on the menu,wish there was more to choose from but I find I eat alot of the same things over and over in my regular diet. Also this program really worked for me before. Hope to hear from more vegetarians out there! Kathy

Welcome back! I guess it is up to us to be more creative with what we have to work with.
If the meatless menu hasn't really changed in the past six years, it is obivious that JC couldn't care less, but like you said the program does work, so we have to look at the positive side.
