This is actually for a friend of mine that is trying to keep her weight down while still maintaining a vegan/organic diet for her health.
Any tips are appreciated!

Amy's Organic has a lot of vegan options. go to
www.amyskitchen.com--they have links to their specifically vegan foods.
Watch the fat and carb content on them, though--some are pretty high.

Wow, I eat these on occasion. They are great. But I didn't know they had toaster pops. Wooo Hooo....I'm going to have to check that out.

I just wanted to tell you all, I had the "Meatloaf" dinner last night from Amy's. The nutritional information is almost identical to the penne pasta or the veggie burger. It was soooooooo good and soooooooo filling. I highly recommend it.

Wow, I'll check that out. Thanks! I'm starting to get into the whole veggie thing. I feel like I have rediscovered veggies on this plan, and I am enjoying it as a whole new food group!!!
