I guess we have all just been busy with every day life.
The days seem to fly by faster that you can keep up with them.
Been catching up on all my Doctor visits now that I am back working again and now have medical coverage. Even got to go away to the Beach for a weekend with the Family. That was really nice. It was to an Hawaii Theme Hotel in Daytona Beach Florida and we saw an Hawaian show there that was really enjoyable.
Went off of JC for two weeks out of shere boredom. It will be nice to start anew with some new food items.
What's new with everyone else?

Yeah, life does get busy. Especially with summertime right around the corner
Been busy planting stuff in the 'ol garden. The spring was so rainy and cold that most of what we planted early on died and had to be replaced.

Greetings fellow Veggies:
Just back from Memorial Day weekend in Kansas (I live in Nebraska) and down 1.5 pounds. Yeah! (I lost 5.5 my first week - so that's 7 in two weeks. Can't complain about that!)
Good to be back on JC. I lost about 30 pounds years ago and kept it off for nearly five years -- then I went back to Grad School (while continuing my full time job). The weight just crept back on. Now I am finished with classes and have only some research and my dissertation to complete, so it's time to get back on track.
Besides school and full-time job, I spend a lot of time gardening, walking, hiking and being a good companion to my partner of ten years and our 2 cats (Torties) and dogs (adorable mutts)!
My biggest JC challenge: I love to eat organic, whole grain and fresh foods whenever possible. The pre-packaged foods are not my normal style, but apparently my normal style got me into this mess so I'm "toughing it out!"
