Just wondering has anyone noticed if there are Animal By Products listed on other Veggie frozen food meals at the super market?
Will have to check the ones at my Health Food Store and my local super market on my next shopping trip.

It has to be listed in the ingredients. I think the items you get at a store can not be labeled "vegetarian" or "vegan" if they contain the animal by-products. Of course, you always have to watch out for animal ingredients in items that you may think of as veggie food. And a lot of the soy cheeses contain caseinate, which is not a problem if you are a vegetarian but not acceptable for vegans(or strict vegetarians).
This is only my opinion but...I think the name change with the menus(from vegetarian to meatless)may have had something to do with the legality of calling something vegetarian when,in fact,it is not. McDonalds was just in court for saying their fries were veggie when they had been adding beef flavoring to them.
Anyways, I stopped doing the plan. I was willing to accept the eggs and dairy (for awhile)but not the enzymes or by-products. I think it is just laziness or cost-cutting that keeps people using these by-products. Besides, much of it is not conducive to good health.
