Well, I hit my first year Anniversary on the JC program and weighed in at 60.1 pounds less than I weighed last year at this time. Yippie!!! Yahooie!!!

If JC had an Instant Graemlin with balloons or fireworks I would use them right now in celebration of my happy news, but since they do not, I will have to settle for a happy face. LOL
Before JC a great Doctor put me medication for Hypothyroidism. Then I had lost 10 pounds on my own and came to a complete stand still. So I weigh a total of 70.1 pounds less than I did a year ago. And I feel great!
I am now remotivated to start a new year on the JC plan. I am so happy that I listened to my Husband. He insisted on the 3 year plan, when I was only wanting the one year plan. I had just been laid off of work at the time, and everything else that I tried before JC, did not work. So I was shocked out of my socks when JC started working for me. The very last thing that I would ever want to do, is go off the JC plan and gain that 60 lb. back.
Just wanted to share my happy news with my veggie support group. Hope everyone else are continueing with their success as well!
