I can't believe my week with my husband is over. It took so long to get here and just like that it is over. I had a great time and like Connie said in another post, I sure missed my JC foods. I had tried to keep to my portion size and stuff but i know i ate way to much. The good thing is that i didn't pig out on chips (crisps as they call it) and chocolate bars. The whole 7 days there i never once had a starter before and only had desert twice. I walked alot and you know the other thing lol. I think i may have gained 4 or 5 pounds but that is okay. Atless it is not 40 or 50 pounds. I must confess that there was not much of a vegitarian meals there so i did eat meat. I really didn't enjoy it like before. I tried to keep it to chicken though even though that means nothing. On the flight i had Vegetarian and they must have been punishing me cause all the food on the plane was discusting. They gave me a sandwich with stuffing in the middle. All the other food was with rice that was so spicy i couldn't eat it. Well got to get back on the program now and get these few pounds off. Thanks for letting me ramble about the holiday.
