Anyone else have a new inspirational Motto that they want to share with us?

I started thinking this when I was in a funk last week. In December, I was around ~153, then got up past 170, and to make a long story short, I was down to 152 last week and not feeling like that 18# was a big deal. Mostly just mad at myself for putting it on in the first place. So into my mind popped this: "You've got to put your behind in the past," from the Lion King. It's really helped me put a positive spin on things.

Dear jenn the loser: That was too funny. I laughed and laughed. I had to watch Lion King again last night, just to see what you were talking about.
But it is very true. You do have to put your behind in the past and move on to new and higher levels of good health, well being, positive mental attitude and a new gorgeous you.
Keep up the good work. Before you know it, you will be celebrating your next 18# loss.
