Are you eating too many veggies?
I have been!
Okay, I know that I have been told. But did it actually register into my brain? No!
So the book says one cup of broccoli, string beans...etc. So I cook it and I measure it. (one cup) Problem is, it is cooked and if you have raw veggies, then it is one cup. If it is cooked veggies, then you only get 1/2 cup and "ME"? All this time, I have been eating double the amount of veggies that I am supposed to have. Duh!
So if anyone else is doing that too....then you are actually giving yourself too many calories each day.
