Are you eating too many veggies?
I have been!
Okay, I know that I have been told. But did it actually register into my brain? No!
So the book says one cup of broccoli, string beans...etc. So I cook it and I measure it. (one cup) Problem is, it is cooked and if you have raw veggies, then it is one cup. If it is cooked veggies, then you only get 1/2 cup and "ME"? All this time, I have been eating double the amount of veggies that I am supposed to have. Duh!
So if anyone else is doing that too....then you are actually giving yourself too many calories each day.
Oh my! Oh my! I could have lost a whole lot more, since I have started JC.

I wouldn't worry too much. Half a cup of steamed veggies has about 20 calories in it so you're pretty safe!

Okay. I am done freaking out. I guess you are right. I just have such a hard time losing, that every little bit helps.
Way to go lydia130. You made it to goal in less than a year. That is so very wonderful. Did you hit plateaus along the way? Did yo slip up every now and then? What do you think was the biggest help to you, making it to your goal?
