I have never, ever cooked any kind of veggies on the grill. (Except ears of corn) Has anyone else? If so, what kind do you like to make and how exactly do you make them?

You can make kabobs with veggies. I've used peppers, onions, corn (potatoes don't work well), mushrooms, pineapple. You can make a glaze with grape jelly (reduced sugar, or other types) and mustard. Sounds wierd, but tastes good. You could also marinate the veggies before putting them on the grill. If you don't want to do kabobs, you can place aluminum foil (with small holes pricked in it) on the grill and put loose veggies on it. Some people like to grill portobello mushrooms as well as eggplant. Lots of ideas. Don't be afraid to experiment.

I also have a bbq fry pan. It is nonstick with holes in it and works quite well.

Cool! I never heard of that before. Thanks!
So what kind of veggies do you like to put on your BBQ frying pan?
