Duchess Stinging Scorpion, here. I am back from the UK. I didn't even look at a computer the whole time I was gone. I wanted to write to you all before I chicken out, because in spite of your sweet and sensible advice I was naughtynaughtyNAUGHTY! That being said, I was not half as bad as I could have been . Tomorrow is my weigh in, and I am going to see a counselor who is not my regular gal. Wish me luck, because I am a jet lagged bundle o' nerves! I have already decided to crack the whip on myself and be super well behaved so as to get back on track. I just hope I haven't backslid too much!

Welcome back Dee Dee!!! So how was the weather up there? Did you have a good time?
Just think of this as a new beginning! Only this time you will be starting with a lower weight. Think of it as starting brand new and you are on your way to becoming a thinner, happier you!
Whatever gain you did have, if any, is probably mostly water anyway. Once you get back on track that will be gone too!
Glad to have you back. You can do this.

The weather was pretty good- it only rained 80% of the time. But the cool news is- I lost 2 lbs! I went right home from the Jenny center and gave my husband a big kiss for dragging my plump butt all over the UK. Congratulations, Connie, on your first 25 lbs! I am hoping to be in that club soon!

All that and you still lost 2lbs while away on vacation!!! That is fabulous!! Keep up the good work! You probably lost a lot in inches too!
