Southwest Airlines are going to start charging overweight people for two seats! Like are we being punished for having a medical problem or what?
If you want to vote for what you think, go to Local6.com
I do not know about anyone else, but I feel like this is a big thing (discrimination wise) Like if they have smoking and none smoking, upper class and lower class, then they should have a section with extra large seats as well. Why should we have to pay more, just because they made their seats too small? This makes me angry. We are paying for their services, they should be accommodating us and making sure we are comfortable. Am I the only one that feels this way? I am feeling very angry. Like we do not have enough to deal with. I know some of you will probably say that the majority rules and that is true, but it doesn't make it right.
Local6.com has an area where you can comment, but I did register, but couln't figure out how to add my comment. If anyone else has any success, let me know how you did it.
Don't know why I am getting so angry, I wouldn't get on a plane to go anywhere, anyway. LOL I guess it is just the principle of it all.

This policy is supposed to go into effect on June 26th. They said that they will be using a measuring tape to measure the hips of all overweight passengers.

Okay, I figured out how to add my comment. They have to okay it first before they display it, so we shall see what happens.
It is on the Local 6 News on TV here in Florida. They have their own website. which is: (Local6.com)

Okay, if you go to Local6.com that is where I first saw it on TV here in Florida on the news. Local 6. Anyway, if you go to their website and click on Travel on the top of the page, it will take you into their Travel page. Then scroll down and you will seen "Travel Headlines" Then click on "Airlines defends Policy" Scroll down and click on "Discussion Should Bigger Passengers Buy Two Tickets?" A survey will pop up where you can vote. Right now it is 56% Yes and 44% No. Close window and go back and click on "Discuss This Issue" The page that it takes you into, you will be able to click on "Add To This Discussion". I posted my comment yesterday at 12:32pm. Don't you know, I had to have something to say about it.
