So I am on week 7 of the program and have lost about 10.6 lbs.
My clothes do not feel tighter, but I guess I was expecting them to feel a LITTLE looser. But they sorta don't. Boo.
I'm just wondering when I'll see that big drop in size... anyone have any insight on this?
Sungurl36
It takes me about 13 lbs to drop a size. I am fitting into some of my 12's but not all. I do feel a difference in everything though.
Hang in there. Do you exercise? I've done strength training and I am really losing the inches.

I am with Sungurl36...I have been on the program for three weeks now (starting week four tomorrow)...I have lost a total of three lbs (for now, next WI tomorrow *fingers crossed*) but I have been working out six days a week for the last two weeks and have lost a total of 7 1/2 inches all around so far...so my clothes are fitting WAY better...not to mention I can see my body reshaping itself...so if you don't workout...try starting...the walk your way videos that JC has are a great way to start...if you are working out...maybe it's time to punch it up a bit ...there is a thread on here called motivation 101 (idea)...this thread is were myself and some other ladies log our work outs with each other...this has been a great way for my to hold myself accountable to workout because I promised myself and these fabulous ladies that I would check in and log what I do and be there to support them in their workouts too ...come join if you like
You are doing awesome so far...10.6 lbs!! wow...I can't wait to hit that number ...keep up the great work mommyinpgh

I have lost about 13 pounds now and my clothes that were tight when I started are "comfortable" now. Then only thing that is loose on me is a size 14 skort that I bought to fit me when I started. So I think I am back to the size I WAS wearing prior to completely busting out of all of my clothes. I think another 5 pounds and I will be in the next size down.

Wait a minute, Mommy ... you said a week or so ago that you went to the store and a smaller size of pants/jeans/something or other on your waist down fit. Did you forget about that?

Yes-- I got into a smaller size at the store. BUT... my current clothes really don't feel that much looser. I wasn't expecting them to hang off, but I was hoping I would be able to detect a difference. And if it's there, it's REALLY subtle...
It's 5:20 now... and I am so not hungry. I know this sounds terrible, but I am skipping my salisbury steak tonight. I just don't feel hungry, and so I'm going to listen to my body. Maybe tomorrow I will comepensate for it by eating 1300 calories or something...
